    Communication Skills play a major role in today's corporate life as we have to communicate across different roles, technologies, people, languages and cultures.  Each position and domain will have their terminology which makes communication easy.  As testers will be communicating with testing teams, development teams, clients and business teams, u must be able to clearly put down the message across without using much jargons.  A tester is always burden with terminologies which will be thrown to him from various sources.
    A tester should be able to
    • Talk freely across the board (with team members as well as management)
    • Must be able to communicate through mails ….Very Important
    • Through presentations and conference calls
